Gladhill Furniture

At Gladhill Furniture, we have dedicated over 110 years to helping families create meaningful living spaces through exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service. Founded in 1915 by Calvin and Lola Gladhill, our company began as a small catalog business rooted in custom woodworking and has evolved into a premier destination for American-made furniture. Our commitment to quality remains unwavering, offering handcrafted solid wood and leather pieces from trusted manufacturers like Amish, Scandinavian, and Stressless by Ekornes. We provide complimentary in-home design consultations to ensure every client's vision aligns perfectly with their lifestyle. Beyond furniture, we prioritize community impact through partnerships with organizations such as the Frederick Rescue Mission and Make-A-Wish Foundation. Our five-story showroom in Historic Middletown, Maryland, showcases an extensive selection of living, dining, bedroom, and outdoor furniture, alongside artisan rugs and home accents.

With generations of experience, we combine tradition with innovation to deliver timeless designs that enhance homes across Frederick, Hagerstown, Middletown Valley, and Loudoun County. Our team's expertise in custom solutions and dedication to customer satisfaction have solidified our reputation as a trusted local business. We believe furniture should reflect individuality while standing the test of time, which is why every piece we offer is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. As we celebrate our 110th anniversary in 2025, we remain committed to the values that have guided us since our founding: quality, integrity, and community service.
