Whiskey Barrel Furniture
Transforming aged bourbon barrels into functional art pieces preserves history while promoting sustainability. Each item showcases unique wood grain patterns and char marks from its previous life. Our skilled artisans carefully disassemble, clean, and reshape staves into chairs, tables, and decor that bring rustic charm to any space. This process requires specialized techniques to maintain structural integrity while highlighting natural imperfections that tell each barrel's story.
Wine Barrel Furniture
Repurposing wine barrels creates distinctive furniture with varied color palettes from different vineyards. We maintain uniformity in multi-piece orders while celebrating natural variations in wood tones. Steel barrel bands become durable brackets after our wire-brushing and protective coating process. While specific vineyard markings aren't guaranteed, each piece retains authentic cooperage stamps that add character and provenance to your furniture collection.
Lounge Chairs
Our signature lounge chairs combine ergonomic design with reclaimed materials for comfortable outdoor seating. The curved seat and sloped arms provide optimal relaxation while maintaining structural strength. Each chair features reinforced joints and weather-resistant hardware for durability. Customers appreciate the perfect balance between rustic aesthetics and practical functionality that complements patios, pool areas, and backyard spaces with minimal maintenance requirements.
Clocks
Crafted from authentic whiskey barrel heads, these clocks blend timekeeping with decorative appeal. The natural curvature and charred surface create unique timepieces that become conversation starters. Available with various distillery markings, each clock includes easy-to-install mechanisms and clear assembly instructions. Minor imperfections in clock hands don't detract from overall visual impact, with most customers praising the perfect size and distinctive character of these wall accents.
Tables
From cocktail tables to full bar sets, our barrel tables showcase reclaimed wood's natural beauty. Each tabletop retains original distillery markings and patina while achieving a smooth, safe finish. The sturdy construction features reinforced steel brackets that maintain structural integrity despite wood's natural movement. Customers appreciate the perfect height for seating arrangements and the unique character that makes each table one-of-a-kind centerpiece for homes and commercial spaces.
