I had a great experience overall. The owner called me after I inquired and ordered to explain the process, stating that the bookshelves are made overseas in Italy, which takes 4+ months. I contacted them after 3 months and 4 months, and I received updates on my order quickly. The shelves arrived at around 4.5 months, as expected. The delivery personnel asked me to keep the packaging in case it needed to be returned. The shelves came in huge boxes, repackaged by UM. Since I didn't need to return or exchange, I am unsure how that process would work.
